Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Chicken Wings8 to 10 chicken wings

3 tbsp/45mL Garlic Liquid Spice

2 tsp/10 mL Organic Cumin

1 1/2 tsp/7.5 mL Organic Chili Powder
Temporarily Unavailable

2 tsp/10 mL Organic Oregano

1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Seasoning Salt

2 tsp/10 mL Original Grapeseed Oil

Dipping Sauce

3 tbsp/45 mL Cucumber & Dill Snack & Dip Seasoning

1 cup/250 mL sour cream

Directions

Chicken Wings
Put chicken wings in a one gallon resealable plastic bag. Place liquid spice, cumin, chili powder, oregano and seasoning salt in bag with chicken wings. Shake bag to coat wings. Let set in refrigerator for eight hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 425F/220C. On baking sheet arrange chicken and drizzle with grapeseed oil. Bake for about 45 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.

Dipping Sauce
Combine snack & dip seasoning and sour cream. Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Use as a dipping sauce for Chipotle Chicken Wings.

Kansas State Fair

Hi everyone! I went to visit my parents in July. I went there for two reasons, one is to get treatment for my back and the second was to help my parents get ready for the fair. The fair will be Sept 11th to the 20th. As a child, I loved the fair because it was so exciting. I loved to look at all the animals and ride the rides (the tilt-a-whirl was my favorite ride). In adulthood I enjoy looking at all the new and exciting things available from all the vendors at the fair. So many wonderful things to see and do! My father will have a booth in the sunflower south building, where he will display Watkins products. My parents are proud Watkins Associates Lyle and Joyce Ploog. Be sure to stop and say hi if you are going to the Kansas State Fair. Watkins is a family affair. My husband and I have been Watkins Independent

Associates for one year as of February 2008. My husband lets me handle the

running of the business. I really enjoy working from home. I am disabled so

working at home gives me the added benefit of helping with the family finances.

Working as a Watkins Associate also gives me the benefit of getting 25% off on

the products I order. Since I am disabled, both my legs and back give me
